Refunds:

We accept refunds of all items bought online.

Please contact us to let us know you would like to return the item. You have 30 days after receiving the parcel to let us know you will be returning items. You will then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

The cost of return shipping is for the customer's account.

For items that arrive broken, we will send a replacement parcel at our expense. Please contact us on incomparableinc(at)msn(dot)com.
