Shipping policy

Our products are mostly all held in stock and parcels will ship within a week of orders being placed.

Please note: average shipping times from South Africa to the USA, Europe and UK are 3-4 weeks and can be longer due to delays at customs.

Shipping to Canada and Australia takes 4-6 weeks.

Shipping over holiday seasons can take up to 2 months for parcels to arrive - please bear this in mind when placing orders before big holidays like Christmas.

Once a parcel ships it is completely out of our control. Please be patient - we can only offer to refund parcels that haven't arrived 2 months after they have shipped. Should we refund you and the parcel subsequently arrives, please mark the item 'return to sender' and put it back into the post.
